Were looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team and support the growth of our client relationships. This role is ideal for someone assertive and presentable both over the phone and in-person to deal with high-net-worth (HNW) clients. The position requires a highly organised individual who is confident in working independently and has a strong understanding of reporting document organisation and CRM systems.
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for managing key client relationships generating new business and overseeing all aspects of the sales process. You will take the lead on client meetings closing sales and exploring new opportunities to drive business growth. There will be increased responsibilities as you progress including team leadership and mentoring junior sales staff. This is a dynamic and challenging role with room for career advancement along with commission-based rewards tied to your sales performance.
Requirements: Experience or an Interest in Interior Design & Sales Presentable Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance be proactive and handle uncertainty. Marketing experience Proficient in CRM systems Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint. Hands on approach to ensure work Is completed Driving Licence If you are fluent in additional langauges this is preffered but not essential. Skills: Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets. An excellent manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people both internally and externally. A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients. Initiative and good decision-making skills. Project management skills. The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals. Great organisational skills. Good networking skills. The ability to think strategically & analyse sales figures and write reports. Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
