We specialize in curating exclusive investment opportunities off-plan advisory and premium resale and rental services across Dubais most desirable communities. With a minimal high‑end brand approach and a strong presence on platforms like Property Finder Instagram and LinkedIn we are redefining how real estate is done in Dubai—one deal, one relationship, one brand‑building moment at a time.

Tasks

• Generate and manage property listings across portals and internal CRM
• Conduct property viewings with prospective clients
• Guide buyers and tenants through the entire process from initial inquiry to final closing
• Build long‑term client relationships through market knowledge and timely follow‑ups
• Negotiate offers between buyers/sellers or tenants/landlords to achieve successful outcomes
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of off‑plan launches and secondary market trends
• Coordinate with developers, mortgage providers and DLD as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates)
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Urdu/Hindi are a plus)
• Familiarity with Property Finder Bayut natu and real estate CRM systems
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and client‑first attitude
• Own car and valid UAE driving licence (preferredمبر
• Professional grooming and presentable appearance
• RERA certification (can be arranged after joining)
