Job description

We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with European roots and operations across six countries. As we continue to expand we are looking for a Sales Associate to support the sales team by generating a robust pipeline qualifying prospects and driving outreach efforts to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective clients using email, phone and other approved outreach methods
  • Research and qualify companies and contacts using publicly available information to determine suitability and interest
  • Engage prospects in initial conversations to understand needs and confirm qualification criteria
  • Book qualified meetings for senior members of the sales team and ensure smooth handover of relevant context
  • Maintain accurate, timely and complete records of all outreach and prospect interactions in the CRM
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to progress conversations or confirm lack of interest
  • Work within defined sales processes, outreach sequences and activity standards to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to improve outreach effectiveness and lead quality
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training and coaching to improve performance continuously

Requirements
