Job summary
A luxury hospitality brand is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel in the UAE. This role requires strategic scheduling, communication management, and project-related support. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of Executive Assistant experience in luxury hotels. - 5-8 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a luxury hotel brand.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and project-related tasks.
- Act as the central point of contact for communications related to the Managing Director.
- Compose, review, and refine various written communications.
- Organize and prepare materials for team meetings and presentations.
- Assist with documentation and monitoring timelines for projects.
- Build relationships with internal departments and external collaborators.
