Job description

This role will lead across two key areas:

  • Finance Business Partner for RaIS (Risk & Identity Solutions) portfolio responsible for all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • VAS (Value Added Services) Deal Governance and Modelling.
Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Support and execute on the continuing transformation and modernization of the finance function to accelerate business operations and decision‑making, drive operational efficiencies and execute with excellence.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and serves as a key point of contact for their areas of responsibility.
  • Acquires and maintains an understanding of the strategies, priorities and challenges of the teams supported.
Financial Business Partner Risk & Identity Solutions CEMEA
  • Financial leadership and management of the P&L.
  • Lead reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes for portfolio aligning multiple stakeholders across regional global teams and CEMEA sub‑regions. Leads the review and challenge processes.
  • Proactively communicate business trends and highlight risk and opportunities. Partners with business on risk mitigation plans as well as ways to capture the opportunities.
  • Simplify complex issues and structure analysis to answer business questions and communicate business implications from financial analysis.
VAS Deals Governance & Modelling
  • Support the Value Added Services (VAS) deal modelling governance and communication of latest concepts leading the implementation of the global tools and process for VAS Standalone deals.
  • Supports sellers and deal ops team on deal structure ensuring optimal commercials.
  • Engage with local pricing teams and governance bodies (GIG (Geographic Incentive Group) PreGIG) to ensure smooth approval of VAS deals.
  • Discuss discount pricing through VAS as part of a Core deal VAS Standalone deals and Pricing Discount (Net Billing).
  • Develop analytics to enhance transparency on discounts and incentives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications
    • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD).
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics or related quantitative field.
    • Excellent business acumen.
    • At least 12 years of relevant financial analysis work experience.
    • Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively with executive management.
    • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills; able to resolve tough business problems with well‑structured analyses.
    • Expert skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Hyperion TM1 and Power BI experience is an advantage.
    • Proven expertise in modelling techniques and managing large data sets.
    • Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output.
    • Strong bias for action and ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues.
    • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time‑sensitive deliverable.
