The purpose of this role is to ensure customers are highly satisfied with Motorola Solutions’ Noggin software implementations, get the most value out of Noggin’s products and services, and continue to subscribe to Noggin’s software and ongoing professional services.
As a member of the Professional Services team this role is responsible for working through the implementation process with 3-4 customers at a time. Implementation specialists gather requirements, design solutions, and work to configure the solutions required by our clients. Implementation specialists are responsible for assisting clients with system set up, configuration, integration assistance, data migration and training needs guided by the Noggin implementation process.
