Contract Designer — Internal Communications
Job summary
A leading raffle company in the UAE is seeking a Contract Designer for Internal Communications. This role involves redesigning templates and creating engaging visual content for internal communications aligned with the company's brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience in corporate communications. This position offers the chance to enhance visual identity while collaborating directly with HR, ensuring that all content is engaging and effective.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in design, ideally within corporate communications.
- Professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Redesign internal communication templates and materials.
- Develop branded digital and print assets for internal channels.
- Create content for onboarding and engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate directly with the Head of HR.
- Establish a refreshed internal communications style guide.
- Design editable templates for ongoing communications.
- Present design concepts for feedback.
- Ensure assets are optimized for digital and print.
- Support ad-hoc design requests.
