Responsibilities

• Redesign internal communication templates and materials.
• Develop branded digital and print assets for internal channels.
• Create content for onboarding and engagement campaigns.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of HR.
• Establish a refreshed internal communications style guide.
• Design editable templates for ongoing communications.
• Present design concepts for feedback.
• Ensure assets are optimized for digital and print.
• Support ad-hoc design requests.
