A leading engineering firm in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Quantity Surveyor (Villas) to manage all aspects of post-contract commercial administration for villa projects. You will handle cost control, contract compliance, and financial reporting to ensure projects are completed within budget. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and familiarity with QS software.
