We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator with a strong background in the construction industry and experience with SAP software to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by coordinating various sales processes, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage sales activities, including order processing, tracking, and reporting, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
3. Utilize SAP software to manage sales data, generate reports, and analyze sales performance metrics effectively.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
5. Maintain an organized database of customer information and sales leads, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals, tailoring content to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
7. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely supply of materials for projects.
8. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes.
2. Familiarity with SAP software and its application in sales management, enabling efficient data handling and reporting.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
4. Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

9. A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
