Job description

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale real estate projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout all project phases — from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments.
• Manage budgets, schedules, design coordination, and construction performance.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with authority and contractual standards.
• Conduct regular site visits across projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience in project management, with 5+ years in senior roles within UAE real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE approval processes.
