Job summary
A government investment organization in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Research & Data Analyst. The successful candidate will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze large datasets, and support strategic initiatives with recommendations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field and 2 to 5 years of experience in research or data analysis. Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in research or data analysis is preferred.
- Experience in consulting, banking, think tanks, academia, or international organizations is valued.
- Exposure to sectors such as finance, tech, energy, manufacturing, or logistics is valued.

The Investment Research team provides data-driven insights, analyzes market trends, benchmarks global investment practices, and supports evidence-based decision-making for both local and international investment initiatives.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover trends and insights
- Analyze large datasets and prepare actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support strategic initiatives with evidence-based recommendations
- Bachelors or Masters in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field (PhD is a plus)
- 2 to5 years of experience in research or data analysis (consulting, banking, think tanks, academia, or international organizations preferred)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Knowledge of data analytics/statistical tools (Python, R, SQL, SPSS, Stata) is a plus
- Exposure to sectors such as finance, tech, energy, manufacturing, or logistics is valued
