Role Overview

The role will design, implement, and manage the company’s data infrastructure and analytics framework. It includes building a centralized data warehouse, creating scalable data structures, and producing actionable insights across SCALE PMS, ERP, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Finance systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build the company’s data warehouse architecture to consolidate data from multiple systems.
  • Develop data models, transformations, and pipelines to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Implement data quality validation, governance, and automated data refresh processes.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports for management and departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance).
  • Define and maintain the organization-wide KPI and metrics structure.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage marketing data attribution (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot → PMS).
  • Support leadership with strategic, data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles.
  • Expertise in SQL, dbt, Python, and data warehouse design (BigQuery, Postgres, or similar).
  • Strong experience in dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, or Power BI).
  • Proven ability to integrate marketing, CRM, and operational systems.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and cross‑functional communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or property management industry.
  • Familiarity with Airbyte, Prefect, or similar ETL orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, anomaly detection, and cost optimization techniques.
