Role Overview
The role will design, implement, and manage the company’s data infrastructure and analytics framework. It includes building a centralized data warehouse, creating scalable data structures, and producing actionable insights across SCALE PMS, ERP, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build the company’s data warehouse architecture to consolidate data from multiple systems.
- Develop data models, transformations, and pipelines to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Implement data quality validation, governance, and automated data refresh processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports for management and departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance).
- Define and maintain the organization-wide KPI and metrics structure.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Manage marketing data attribution (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot → PMS).
- Support leadership with strategic, data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles.
- Expertise in SQL, dbt, Python, and data warehouse design (BigQuery, Postgres, or similar).
- Strong experience in dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, or Power BI).
- Proven ability to integrate marketing, CRM, and operational systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving and cross‑functional communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the hospitality or property management industry.
- Familiarity with Airbyte, Prefect, or similar ETL orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of forecasting, anomaly detection, and cost optimization techniques.
