What you will do

• Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
• Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests; act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction and offer a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
• Maintain public areas of the hotel washrooms to be clean, refreshed, stocked and perform routine checks of all public areas.
• Clean and self‑inspect public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
