In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable full-stack applications that support our core business functions. We follow Agile development methods within small, cross-functional teams that are empowered to take ideas from inception to fully tested deployment with minimal disruptions. Collaboration and innovative thinking are essential to achieve your objectives and key results.

1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
2. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Github Actions, etc.
3. Work with cloud-native technologies and architecture
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
5. Optimize applications for speed and scalability
6. Implement security and data protection measures
7. Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
8. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
9. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience
• Proficiency with backend languages such as Java, C#, Node.js, Python, Golang
• Experience with AWS services, cloud architecture, and containerization
• Experience designing systems from the ground up
• Familiarity with message queue systems and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
