Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team with a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month. We are open to considering applicants from abroad.

Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive company growth;
• Analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities;
• Building relationships with customers and negotiating contracts;
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets;
• Creating reports that track sales performance metrics;
• Maintaining customer records and updating databases regularly;
• Assisting with product launches and promotions;
• Training and motivating sales teams to achieve goals.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred;
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager (fresh graduates are welcome);
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment;
• Ability to analyze data and draw insight from the results;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with prospects quickly;
• Strong leadership skills coupled with the ability to make quick decisions.
