Descrizione del lavoro
A leading real estate agency in Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator. The role involves managing a portfolio of properties, coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring high occupancy rates. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and strong communication skills in English. A driving license and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market are essential. This position offers a dynamic environment focused on excellence in customer service.
Competenze
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Driving license and car is a must.
- Experience in Dubai is essential.
- Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred.
- Proven experience improving customer satisfaction.
- High proficiency in English.
Mansioni
- Managing a portfolio of up to 50 properties.
- Coordinate issues faced by tenants daily.
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Schedule housekeeping requirements.
- Facilitate maintenance issues with teams.
- Maintain a high occupancy rate.
- Carry out inventory checks after guests leave.
- Answer incoming leads via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Respond to enquiries on international platforms.
- Facilitate viewings with clients.
- Track and collect due rental payments.
- Return clients' security deposits.
- Record bookings and client information in the PMS.
