Job Title: Laboratory Technician (Emirati Nationals Only)

We are looking to hire skilled and dedicated Emirati Laboratory Technicians to join a reputable Medical Facility in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing highquality laboratory testing services assisting in diagnostics and ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory procedures in line with the facilitys standards and policies.

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures on patient samples including blood, urine and other bodily fluids.
• Prepare maintain and sterilize laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure accurate recording of patient test results and lab reports maintaining confidentiality and adhering to quality control standards.
• Work closely with physicians medical professionals and laboratory team members to provide accurate test results for patient diagnoses.
• Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot issues with laboratory equipment and processes.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations ensuring all laboratory practices are in line with industry standards.
• Manage and organize laboratory supplies and equipment ensuring inventory is up to date and ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of laboratory technology and techniques.

• Nationality: Emirati (UAE Nationals Only)
• Educational Requirements: Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Certifications: Valid certifications from recognized health authorities in the UAE (e.g. DHA MOH or HAAD).
• Experience: At least 35 years of relevant experience as a Laboratory Technician in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures equipment and safety standards.
• Familiarity with medical laboratory software and reporting systems.
• Good communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test results.

To qualify for the position you must have

• HAAD (DOH) License
• Fluency in Arabic and English Speaking Skills
