The ideal candidate will have a degree in Biomedical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in MedTech. Key responsibilities include serving as the main contact for business partners, addressing technical support issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Flexibility to travel within the assigned zone (approximately 20%) is required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a MedTech field service or technical engineer; ultrasound background is an advantage.
  • Proficient with service test equipment for repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT hardware, software, and Windows operating systems.

Distributor Support & Customer Service Engineer – Ultrasound (Dubai, United Arab Emirates)

Position Overview

This role acts as the main point of contact for business partners within the Dubai zone, providing technical product support and ensuring fast resolution of customer service matters.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for business partners regarding all customer service matters.
  • Provide technical product support remotely or on‑site, sharing expert advice to expedite resolution times.
  • Monitor ultrasound system performance and field actions using Kinectus connectivity solution.
  • Lead escalations and collaborate with internal teams to secure customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise execution of security‑related updates and post‑market surveillance activities.
  • Track spare parts supply and maintain transparency through close cooperation with material logistics.
  • Coordinate technical training for business partners and ensure required certification.
  • Collaborate with the equipment sales team to provide a seamless partner experience and enhance customer happiness.
  • Perform full field service activities for Ultrasound installed volume in the assigned country, including installation, commissioning, handover, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and handling customer complaints.
  • Document activities in accordance with Quality Guidelines & Working Directives for Technical Services of SHS.
