A leading engineering consultancy in Dubai is seeking experienced Project Managers with a BE in Civil Engineering. The role requires overseeing civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the Gulf region. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment and opportunity for growth.
Qualifications
- BE in Civil Engineering required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Gulf region.
Responsibilities
- Defines the project scope, sets schedules, and allocates resources.
- Oversees the project from conception to completion to ensure it is delivered on time and within budget.
- Provides direction and manages the day-to-day activities of the project team.
- Coordinates and communicates with stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
- Ensures quality deliverables and compliance with QA/QC procedures.
- Minimizes exposure and risk on the project.
- Ensures project documents are complete and stored appropriately.
- Collaborates with architects, engineers, and construction staff.
- Monitors compliance with building codes and regulations.
