Qualifications

• Min. 20 years relevant experience in programme and contract management.
• Experience in client and contractual management and stakeholder management.
• Experience in administering contracts for large scale planning projects.
• International experience in development planning, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Experience in implementation of master plans.
• Experience in project leadership, fee collection, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage project programme delivery schedule and project progress reporting.
• Oversee client engagement and local project office management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and provide guidance on technical delivery.
• Manage project management systems and documentation.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and communications for the technical team.
• Ensure successful delivery of the assigned Scope of Works.
