- Maintain accurate site records, including daily work reports and materials usage.
- Facilitate clear communication between project managers, engineers, and the onsite workforce.
- Identify and resolve onsite issues or conflicts promptly.
- Ensure site cleanliness, security, and proper material storage.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or a similar supervisory role in construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Sound knowledge of construction procedures, safety guidelines, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Relevant educational background, such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management, is an advantage.
