• Coordinate all site-level ELV activities in line with project specifications, schedules, and standards.
• Supervise and guide site technicians, subcontractors, and labor teams in ELV installation works.
• Monitor and ensure quality, safety, and compliance during the execution of ELV systems.
• Review and interpret ELV design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Consultants, and other MEP / Construction teams for seamless integration of ELV systems.
• Track project progress, identify site issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct daily / weekly site inspections and prepare site progress reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of ELV materials and proper installation as per approved layouts.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of ELV systems.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for inspections, approvals, and handovers.

Key Qualifications :

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of ELV site coordination experience in the UAE or GCC construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and site practices (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, etc.).
• Familiar with UAE codes and authority regulations (e.g., SIRA, Civil Defense).
• Strong interpersonal, site management, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
