Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning coordinating and supervising construction activities.
• Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with project specifications timelines and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
• Supervise and inspect electromechanical and finishing works to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations safety protocols and project design requirements.
• Review drawings specifications and technical documents to ensure proper execution.
• Prepare project reports progress updates and documentation for management review.
• Assist in budget tracking resource allocation and material procurement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
