We are seeking a detail‑oriented and skilled Draftsman specializing in interior fit‑out shop drawings to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into precise technical drawings, ensuring accurate execution of interior fit‑out projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for interior fit‑out projects, including layouts, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately conveyed.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to produce accurate and complete documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure drawings are aligned with project requirements and materials.
• Ensure all shop drawings comply with industry standards, project specifications, and local regulations.
• Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from design and construction teams.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and document revisions for project tracking.
• Assist in resolving any technical issues related to shop drawings during the construction phase.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and designers to ensure drawings meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Draftsman specializing in interior fit‑out shop drawings, preferably within maintenance projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software relevant to interior fit‑out drafting.
• Strong understanding of interior fit‑out materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong visualization and technical drawing skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of local construction codes and standards in the UAE is a plus.
• Minimum 4–6 years UAE experience in interior fit‑out / joinery.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of fit‑out details (ceilings, partitions, joinery, flooring, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Immediately available candidates preferred.
