The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in Sharjah and demonstrate a solid track record in managing construction sites from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site operations for G10 commercial projects
Manage and coordinate project timelines subcontractors and site staff
Ensure adherence to project specifications budgets and schedules
Liaise with consultants clients and regulatory authorities in Sharjah
Monitor site safety compliance and quality control procedures
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction including G10 commercial projects
Minimum 2 years experience working in Sharjah
Strong knowledge of local regulations Sharjah Municipality procedures and safety standards
Proven leadership and site management skills
