We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Site Engineer / Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in luxury villa construction, holding a DM G+4 license and valid SOE membership. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple high-end villa projects, ensure timely execution, attend site meetings, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and internal teams.

• Project Oversight & Planning:
• Manage and oversee the execution of multiple villa projects simultaneously.
• Prepare and update detailed project schedules/programs to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Site Coordination:
• Attend all scheduled site meetings punctually and represent the company professionally.
• Document and communicate key discussions and decisions from site meetings.
• Technical Review:
• Thoroughly study project drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
• Obtain all necessary approvals from consultants, clients, and government authorities before commencing any work.
• Documentation & Communication:
• Maintain proper site records, including correspondence, approvals, and drawings.
• Communicate any design/specification changes, activity additions, subcontractor appointments, or delays to concerned stakeholders.
• All official communications must be approved by the Project Manager and CC’d to the head office.
• Issue Resolution:
• Identify causes of project delays (if any) and participate in internal meetings to resolve them promptly.
• Professional Conduct:
• Maintain professional behavior with all clients, consultants, and subordinates.
• Any form of misbehavior will result in immediate disciplinary action or termination.
• Material Handling:
• Inspect all client-supplied materials upon delivery and ensure proper storage and care at the site.
• Labor Management:
• Effectively manage site labor to maximize productivity.
• Provide weekly and monthly labor and progress reports to the head office.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in luxury villa construction.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) G+4 License.
• Registered member of the Society of Engineers (SOE).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations, authority approval procedures, and construction best practices.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and site management tools.
• UAE driving license ( mandatory).
