Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen & Laundry Technician :

• Support the smooth operation of the property maintenance department, maintaining all areas to the highest standards.
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest inquiries.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring timely and professional completion.
• Achieve departmental plans and objectives, meeting hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs and inventory, and to attain productivity and performance goals.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company's culture and values.
• Ensure adherence to all legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for internal and external audits, with follow-up as needed.

Requirements of the Kitchen & Laundry Technician :

• Experience in property maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
• A hands-on approach with a proactive work style.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks.
• Personal integrity and a drive for excellence in a demanding environment.
• Experience working with IT systems across various platforms.
