Job description

1. Ceramic Foreman / Supervisor (Casting)
Leads and supervises ceramic casting operations including mold preparation, slip pouring, and curing processes. Ensures coordination with the quality control team and adherence to production schedules and safety standards.

2. Robot Operator (Ceramic Industry)
Operates and monitors robotic systems used in ceramic production (e.g. casting, glazing, or handling). Performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensures consistent operation aligned with production goals.

3. Assistant Ceramic Caster
Supports the casting team in preparing molds, mixing slip, and assisting in the casting and demolding process. Helps maintain cleanliness, organizes materials, and ensures proper workflow under supervision.
