Job summary

A leading cloud kitchen company is looking for a Business Development Manager in Dubai to manage partner acquisition across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in partner acquisition, strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and a data-driven mindset. Responsibilities include leading restaurant acquisitions, providing support during onboarding, and contributing to business case developments. A valid driving license and car are required for this role.

Role Summary

The role will be responsible for managing the acquisition of right brand partners across the MENA region: negotiate & close contracts support in equipment movement onboard acquired partners on the platform and work with different regional functions while maintaining a relationship with all our prospective partners.

Whats On Your Plate
  • Support the Head of Business Development in translating our value proposition in an adequate commercial model and include in the business cases;
  • Lead the end to end acquisition of top restaurants and local partners to join our kitchens and handover the closed contracts to the constructions department;
  • Identify and generate leads reach out to our AMs for leads and network /engage with all prospective partners;
  • Provide support in business case development when possible in collaboration with construction legal and finance teams;
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses and services and be able to advise vendors about them;
  • Understand the business needs for our partners and support them in expanding their business through cloud kitchens;
  • Support in moving the partner equipment and kitchen stall designs in collaboration with the constructions team optimizing our current processes;
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all acquired partners on our platform;
  • Bringin best practices from other platforms to improve DHKs value proposition;
  • Improve first time success rates on quality and acquisition.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of previous experience in partner acquisition / business development / sales in a similar industry preferably (Cloud Kitchens F&B)
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (must be fluent in both)
  • Must have a car and a valid driving license
  • The ideal candidate has to be data driven. Experience with Tableau Looker is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to lead negotiation with vendors & partners
  • Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large cross-functional projects
  • Drive effective teamwork communication collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
