A leading insurance firm in Dubai seeks a Senior VP Sales. Responsibilities include driving sales of insurance products, managing a significant portfolio, and developing tailored solutions based on client needs. Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the UAE insurance industry.
- Strong background in General Insurance, Group Medical, and Motor lines.
- Proven portfolio of AED 10 million or more in annualized premiums.
- Excellent knowledge of local UAE insurance market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
- UAE driving license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of insurance products including General Lines, Group Medical, and Motor Insurance.
- Manage and grow a book of business with a minimum annual portfolio in all lines of insurance.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Develop customized insurance solutions based on client needs and risk profile.
- Maintain strong relationships with underwriters, insurers, and clients.
- Provide expert advice on insurance coverage, terms, and policy benefits.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in the UAE.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
