Job summary

A leading food delivery platform is seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to enhance Salesforce adoption and oversee strategy teams. This role requires over 10 years of experience in related fields, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales dynamics and data analysis. The successful candidate will also collaborate with Product and Tech teams to implement innovative solutions. This position is based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in leading medium-sized strategy teams (3-4 HC).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Salesforce adoption strategy.
• Co-lead with Product and Tech teams to scale Gen-AI based solutions.
• Manage and improve the AM Bonus and incentive strategy.
