Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the UAE insurance industry.
  • Strong background in General Insurance, Group Medical, and Motor lines.
  • Proven portfolio of AED 10 million or more in annualized premiums.
  • Excellent knowledge of local UAE insurance market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of insurance products including General Lines, Group Medical, and Motor Insurance.
  • Manage and grow a book of business with a minimum annual portfolio in all lines of insurance.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Develop customized insurance solutions based on client needs and risk profile.
  • Maintain strong relationships with underwriters, insurers, and clients.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance coverage, terms, and policy benefits.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in the UAE.
  • Collaborate with internal underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
