Job summary

A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a highly driven Real Estate Sales Manager. This role involves leading and mentoring a sales team, managing operations, and developing strategies to boost revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with the Dubai/GCC property market is essential, along with the ability to maintain strong client relationships. RERA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai or GCC.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage daily operations of the sales department, ensuring high performance across all KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, monthly targets, and action plans.
  • Oversee client meetings, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
