Job summary
A well-established hospitality firm in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Waitress fluent in Tagalog. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess a degree in Hospitality and be open to international applicants.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Clean, well-groomed, polite, and confident with a cheerful personality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.

Education
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waitress who is fluent in Tagalog to join a well-established caf in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Present menus answer questions and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables workstations and service areas.
- Assist in setting up and closing duties of the caf .
- Uphold hygiene and food safety standards as per UAE regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service and atmosphere.
- Bachelors/ Diploma in Hospitality Tourism or related field.
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role.
- Fluent in Tagalog; basic English communication skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed polite and confident with a cheerful personality.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Dubai.
- 54 in height
- Open to international applicants; candidates must be eligible for UAE work visa processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
