Key Responsibilities
• Setting up, operating/programming, adjusting and maintaining CNC machines
• Ensuring that all machines are running safely and efficiently
• Reading blueprints or instructions from an engineer or supervisor to determine dimensions or tolerances
• Troubleshooting any machine issues or problems that may arise
• Performing regular maintenance on machines as required
• Following all safety regulations while operating machinery

Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC operator
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as G-code or CAM software
• Ability to read engineering drawings accurately
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail
