We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented architect engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Al Ain UAE. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration of architectural design, structural integrity and technical execution across construction projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in architectural systems, proficiency in SAP and SAP NetWeaver platforms and hands‑on experience in quality control and troubleshooting. You will work closely with interior design teams, coordinate with on‑site engineers and ensure compliance with NEC (New Engineering Contract) standards and local building regulations.

• Collaborate with interior design teams to translate conceptual designs into technical buildable plans.
• Conduct on‑site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to architectural specifications and safety standards.
• Utilize SAP and SAP NetWeaver systems for project documentation, resource tracking and data management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to architectural systems, materials and construction processes.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with NEC standards, UAE building codes and project‑specific requirements.
• Perform routine electrical and mechanical system checks using multimeters and other diagnostic tools.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications and as‑built documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and project managers to resolve design and implementation challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, deviations and corrective actions.
• Support the preparation of project reports, compliance audits and client presentations.

• Minimum of 45 years of professional experience in construction or architectural engineering.
• Proven track record in quality control and troubleshooting within construction environments.
• Proficiency in SAP and SAP NetWeaver systems for project data management and workflow tracking.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and ability to work effectively with design teams.
• Knowledge of NEC (New Engineering Contract) standards and construction compliance frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with diagnostic tools such as multimeters for electrical and system testing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or technical certification in architecture or construction engineering is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE work visa sponsorship eligibility (50% visa sponsorship available or office decision).
• Must be 38 years of age or below.
• Nationality: Indian, Pakistani, Syrian, Egyptian or Lebanese.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced construction environment.

• Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 per month plus additional benefits.
• Valid UAE work visa sponsorship (50% sponsorship available or flexible office arrangement).
• Medical insurance coverage provided by the employer.
• Age limit not exceeding 38 years.
• Nationality: Indian, Pakistani, Syrian,, Lebanese.
• Professional work ethic, reliability and strong work ethic expected.
• Experience with SAP‑NetWeaver‑AS preferred but not mandatory.
