Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or CTO advisory roles.
• Proven experience in vendor governance, outsourced delivery, and platform scalability.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural governance forums and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for the digital marketplace.
• Guide the transition roadmap from vendor-heavy delivery to internal capabilities.
