Job summary
A leading technology company is seeking a Pega Lead System Architect in Dubai. The role requires extensive experience (7+ years) in Pega, particularly with KYC and CLM frameworks. Candidates should have strong backgrounds in banking and financial services, as well as a certification as a Pega Product Engineer. This position also emphasizes understanding complex code bases and performing system design and implementation. Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in Pega.
- Pega Lead Product Engineer Certification highly desirable.
- Experience in Banking, Financial, and Fintech environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define Business Processes using Pega platform for the financial sector.
- Develop applications and implement Declarative Processing features.
- Research and benchmark technology against best-in-class technologies.
Skills
Education
Key Skill: Pega with CLM & KYC Framework JSON APIs
7 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer
Pega Lead Product Engineer playing up to LSA / CSSA Certification is highly desirable.
Understanding of large and complex code bases including design techniques
Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector.
System design and implementation Experience in Integration Services of PRPC RuleConnects/Services developing activities PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features.
Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X Experience is mandatory.
The candidates will function as a CLM/KYC SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspective.
Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications Digital applications and Business Functions
Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration.
Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is a plus.
Experience in Banking Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred.
Experience in following best Coding Security Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices.
Experience in Agile methodology.
Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
