- Open to recent graduates from the Classes of 2024 and 2025 with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Foundational knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, or Revit.
- Familiarity with relevant design codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE, etc.).
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
- Leadership potential demonstrated through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Strong academic record.
- Capability to work effectively with team members at all organizational levels.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities.
