Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.

Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.

Role Summary:

Senior Discipline Engineer – Civil & Structural will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, supporting engineering activities from project design through startup and operation. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting design and engineering efforts related to civil and structural disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

• Reviewing vendor drawings and documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Coordinating with project management, procurement, and construction teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Conducting technical evaluations of vendor proposals and assisting procurement in finalizing technical documentation.

• Providing technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

• Ensuring timely delivery of engineering documents and assisting with preparation of material requisitions.

• Offering guidance and sharing knowledge with junior engineers to support their development.

What you will need to have:

• BE or equivalent in Civil & Structural
• Proven experience in your respective engineering discipline - Minimum 12years of relevant experience related to Oil & Gas Projects and detailed engineering experience in the field of expertise
• Technical competence in basic & detailed engineering with strong technical background, and advanced analytical skills in basic and detailed engineering design from project feasibility stage to plant commissioning and startup
• Previous exposure to international environment
• Experience using relevant commercial software applicable to Oil & Gas projects
• In depth knowledge of international codes & standards, international design guidelines & recommendations
• Experience in Environmental regulatory requirements (local, international), review and understanding of local Environmental Laws would be a definite advantage
• Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• ADNOC Experience is highly preferred.
