Job Details :
Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years drafting experience in a consultancy office within the UAE.
Extensive proficiency in AutoCAD software.
Strong detailing skills for technical drawings.
Good knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
Revit Knowledge/ Experience is advantage.
Strong expertise in Civil Defense Regulations and drawings preparation.
Proven experience in Code Analysis drawings preparation.
Familiarity with Estidama Regulations and architectural drawings preparation.
Experience in circulation plan development as per ITC Standard.
