Overview

Civil Engineer vacancy in Khalifah A City UAE. Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Khalifah A City. This position will be responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, pipelines and other infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed engineering plans and drawings for civil engineering projects
  • Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor costs and project duration
  • Monitor the progress of civil engineering projects to ensure compliance with safety standards and completion on time
  • Inspect sites prior to construction to ensure proper environmental protocols are followed
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project to ensure smooth coordination of activities
  • Ensure all engineering designs adhere to relevant regulations and standards of quality
  • Perform site surveys as needed to evaluate existing conditions or potential problems with a project
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., environmental protection)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant software programs
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on safety protocols
  • Willingness to work flexible hours/overtime if required
Salary & Benefits
