Senior Planner – UAE Projects | Global Construction Leader

A global construction consulting firm is looking for a Senior Planner for projects in the UAE. The role involves reviewing schedules, monitoring contractor progress, and advising on project issues. Ideal candidates will have a BSc in Engineering, 12-15 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in scheduling tools like Primavera and Microsoft Project. - Minimum of 12 to 15 years’ experience in Planning works on similar Projects.
Responsabilidades
- Review and comment on the Baseline Schedule.
- Monitor Contractor's construction progress.
- Review recovery schedules and ensure adequate resources.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with schedules.
- Review reports and monitor for deficiencies.
- Assess time impact for contractor claims.
- Advise on potential delays and corrective actions.
- Participate in progress and executive meetings.
- Assist in Monthly Progress reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with commissioning plans.
- Review Close-Out Reports.
