Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating hotel events (weddings, conferences, corporate meetings, etc.)
 - Work closely with clients to understand event specifications and provide customized solutions
 - Collaborate with various hotel departments (catering, housekeeping, AV, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution
 - Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for event needs
 - Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly
 - Provide on-site support during events and ensure client satisfaction
 - Help in post-event reporting and feedback collection
 
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
 - Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences
 - Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
