We are now looking for a Junior Accountant to assist our Finance department in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Reports To

The Junior Accountant reports to the Financial Controller.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Indian accounting and bookkeeping practices to work from our office in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

1. Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting
2. Preparing and maintaining financial records in compliance with Indian accounting standards
3. Filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
4. Handling vendor and client payments and reconciliations
5. Supporting audits and internal reviews
6. Ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws and other financial regulations

Qualifications

1. 1–3 years of accounting experience, specifically in Indian accounting and tax
2. Familiarity with Indian statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax
3. Strong working knowledge of accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, or similar)
4. Attention to detail and good organizational skills
5. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, or related field

Other Requirements

1. Good verbal as well as written communication skills
2. Attested Degree certificate for working in UAE
3. Detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to build your career in a structured environment
