Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a reliable Bookkeeper & Admin Executive in Ras al-Khaimah, UAE. The role involves managing financial documentation, preparing VAT returns, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping using Zoho Books. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on detail and independent work. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Candidates will demonstrate a solid understanding of financial workflows and VAT filing procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience using Zoho Books.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and filing procedures.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accurate bookkeeping and accounting using Zoho Books.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns as per UAE tax regulations.
  • Create, issue and track invoices and follow up on bill collection.
  • Record and reconcile bills, purchases, and expenses.
  • Handle email correspondence related to financial and administrative tasks.
  • Generate and present reports related to invoices, payments, and cash flow.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations.
