Job summary
A leading hotel chain in Dubai is looking for a Spa Attendant to provide exceptional guest service throughout their spa experience. You will ensure cleanliness in all spa areas, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain supplies. Ideal candidates should have a High School Diploma, an active license in a related field, and 1-2 years in a public contact position, preferably in a hotel. This is a full-time role with no remote work options.
Qualifications
- Must possess active license or certification in a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in a public contact position, preferably in upscale hotels.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all spa areas.
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after services.
- Ensure a steady supply of clean towels, robes, and linens.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.

- Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after each guest service

- Restock refreshments spa products and supplies as needed
- Support spa therapists by facilitating smooth transitions between services
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries needs and concerns
- Uphold safety hygiene and sanitation protocols in accordance with hotel and health standards
- Assist in inventory management and reporting of spa supplies
- Promote spa services and products when appropriate

- Possess active license or certification in related field
- One to two years in a public contact position preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
