The Pool and Beach Attendant under the Food & Beverage Department is responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests in the poolside and beach areas. This role ensures a clean safe and enjoyable environment while delivering prompt and courteous service aligning with the resorts standards of hospitality.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present and explain pool/beach menus and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
• Clear used dishes and glasses and reset service areas quickly and neatly.
• Prepare the pool and beach areas before guest arrival (loungers umbrellas towels).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
• Ensure sufficient inventory of F&B supplies and service equipment
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Provide towels and amenities and assist guests with seating or shade.
• Offer recommendations on food and beverage items.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Follow food handling hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Comply with safety guidelines for pool and beach areas.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors immediately.

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality preferredli>
• Previous experience in food & beverage or outdoor service roles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit; able to stand for long periods work outsideand lift service trays.
• Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
