Apt Resources is excited to announce an opportunity for Guest Room Attendants at a stunning luxury resort located on the beautiful Red Sea. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring that guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and common areas of the resort.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare guest rooms by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking all necessary supplies.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
  • Ensure all amenities are replenished, including towels, soaps, and linens.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
  • Provide outstanding guest service by accommodating special requests as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments.
  • Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Guest Room Attendant or Housekeeper in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Housekeeping Operations is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
