Here\'s your chance to step into the role of Team Leader - Food And Beverage Operations Dubai Parks & Resorts. In this position, you\'ll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and support staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct daily briefings to discuss revenue, policies, procedures, and team responsibilities.
• Conduct performance appraisals, coach team members, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Implement up-selling strategies to maximize revenue.
• Prepare and manage staff duty rosters.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate restaurant activities.
• Follow strictly the rules and regulations set by the company to protect the lives and welfare of the people involved in its business processes, including the protection of property and environment from damage and other forms of loss.
• Prevent accidents / incidents to happen by promptly reporting the presence of hazards and risks, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, and escalate issues and concerns at the workplace to immediate superiors or to people in authority who can assist in addressing with appropriate and timely actions thus preventing them from worsening, complicating or magnify into unmanageable huge proportions.
• Report, investigate, cooperate and resolve incidences involving oneself and people within own control and influence, timely and accurately.
